Blech

Colin Campbell explains Ovechkin suspension.

So I guess the NHL has fast and hard rules for suspensions after all.

The hit has to result in an injury. No wait or else Matt Cooke would've been suspended. Of course Downie didn't injure Crosby so no suspension is warranted there.

Something stinks in the NHL's home office.

Long Time

I forgot I had a blog for the better part of nearly two years. So this is a post to see if this software still works.

The last 16 months have been entirely uneventful. Work, WoW and Comics have filled up my time.

Palmiotti and Gray

Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Grey write comic books (Jonah Hex, Daughters of the Dragon, Battle for Blüdhaven, Uncle Sam and The Freedom Fighters) that read like movies. Quick pacing, decent character depth without digging too deep and plenty of action. Now they are going to the logical extreme and writing a comic based on a movie. Friday the 13th.
